The doctor assistants were so cheery, I loved them! However when I went for a urine sample, there was no toilet paper, no paper towels and the hand dryer didn’t work. Dr. Polavarapu was pleasant, however I felt a bit rushed and in hindsight realized I never got any recommendations on how to care for my back after pulling a rather painful muscle.

Walked in, without an appointment, and was able to be seen. Got my flu shot while I was there. Was able to see the doctor for what I initially walked in for, as well as, some other things. From the receptionist, to the medical assistants, and the Dr, everyone was friendly, accommodating, and professional.
