Great service, knowledgeable doctor, been to this office numerous times, this time was my first to meet with Dr Raina, she understood everything I mentioned about myself. I was totally comfortable meeting with her, i was given some advice about myself. My visit and my experience with her was very helpful and she was very understanding, would be visiting her office again.

As always, another great women’s healthcare practitioner at Tru Medical! Very knowledgeable, especially for someone like me over 50 with HRT needs. Jaqueline was warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable with her abilities, which is rare for me because I am very aware of my health needs. I would rec her and everyone at this practice.

I had a mishap in my previous testimony didn't get to correct in edit my statement. My focal point of my testimony is for patients, such as myself are aware to self-advocate. Your visit should never be you versus the doctor. And that was my experience. I took it in stride, I tried to take an account of what the doctor was saying. But because it was my first appointment with Dr Reina, the accusations that were being stated had no basis or history to the notion of even saying it in the first place. We need more doctors that are open-minded, and have an open ear. Doctors should always be studying in their practice. my experience with this particular doctor was a lesson to be more stronger myself advocation. She was quick to tell me that it was all in my head of the symptoms that I was experiencing for over a year. I'm not sure if it was inadequacy or laziness on their part of not wanting to dive in to what it possibly could be the cause but either way it was no help to me. I'm so thankful that I followed my instinct and went and got another appointment with a different medical professional and I'm being helped in the way that I need to be. Very grateful. This taught me a lot to again self-advocate for myself don't let these doctors push you around and to thinking that it's all in your head or made up. Very disappointed in this practice because I had such a smooth transition with the front desk lady and the waiting room experience was so peaceful and calm, I've never had that atmosphere in a doctor's office. But I do have it now which is not true medical. I would not recommend this place but if you do do not get Dr Reyna or Dr Flores. It really did seem like I was pretty judged I don't know if it's because I'm a Medicaid patient or because of the way I look or my age but I could've went to Google and got more help than making an appointment to see these people. I am appreciative that I was able to speak to the manager of the doctor's office to let them know of my experience and that I will not be returning. I felt listened to and I really hope that she had brought it to the doctor's attention. So that the process of correction can start amongst the way that the doctors treat their patients. Honestly there's a lot of doctors that medically gaslight their patients, this isn't an isolated situation. Go at your own discretion.

Speaking to Dr. Raina about the physical reoccurring symptoms I was experiencing for more than a year was passed off as anxiety in the eyes of the doctor. Which is complete unprofessionally, certain medic professionals tend to gaslight meaning manipulate. If on is an inadequate they will pass it off like what your experiencing is made up so that they don't have to do the work. And then when it came to seeing my blood test results from a week before I had seen dr raina, she had convinced me that the facility didn't do a good job and then I should do it again. And which I did do it again that very day and my test results were lost in the system. I would never recommend this medical practice to anyone due to the fact that I had a similar situation with another doctor in this branch. Looks are very deceiving the lobby looks nice and it has a calmness to it.

Paul Brathwaite was great at my yearly physical. Excellent bedside manner, he took as much time as possible to discuss my health and wellness with me, I didn’t feel rushed at all. Very professional, kind and caring.

1st time meeting FNP Paul Brathwaite, went for my annual. He was very thorough and detailed with my Physical. I was very comfortable during the appt. He pointed out things that may/could be a health concern. I was very satisfied with my appointment.

Walked in, without an appointment, and was able to be seen. Got my flu shot while I was there. Was able to see the doctor for what I initially walked in for, as well as, some other things. From the receptionist, to the medical assistants, and the Dr, everyone was friendly, accommodating, and professional.
