Jean

Alfred Jean, FNP,  is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Tru Medical Management, which has offices in New York City's Navy Hill and Williamsburg neighborhoods in Brooklyn. He has over 20 years of nursing experience and more than a decade of dedicated practice in family health. 

Born and raised in Haiti, Alfred moved to New York City at the age of 18, where he completed his education, including his high school diploma. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Long Island University in 2008, followed by his Master of Science in Nursing in Family Health from Lehman College in 2013. Fluent in French, Creole, and Spanish, Alfred brings a unique cultural perspective and a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. 

Throughout his career, he has built extensive experience in primary care, diagnosing and managing chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, and has dedicated himself to providing loving, attentive care to patients across the NYC area. 

Alfred is passionate about treating the whole patient — not just the diagnosis — and takes pride in building lasting, trusted relationships with the families and communities he serves.
